Shipping Information

Once your order is on its way to you, you’ll get a shipping notification and tracking info to the email you provided at checkout. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, as we're a small team. 

Currently, orders are processed from Los Angeles, USA or Byron Bay, Australia. Shipping targets range from 3-5 days for domestic and 6-14 days for international. 

Please note that these are all delivery targets provided the shipping companies. If you need your order by a specific date please get in touch so we can make sure you receive it in time.

International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged before you place your order.
