All orders are shipped from our Northern Rivers studio in Australia, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched, shipping targets range from 3-5 days for within Australia, and 6-10 days for USA, and 7-15 days for other international destinations. If you need your order by a specific date please get in touch so we can make sure you receive it in time.
Please allow more time for processing during holidays and peak sale days. We will do our best to provide you with accurate shipping information during those times.
We offer complimentary shipping on domestic orders over $400AUD and on international orders over $400USD. Shipping for orders under $400 is based on carrier rates.
Expedited shipping is available for an added fee; calculated rates for shipping options will be shown at checkout with estimated arrival dates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly offer domestic returns & exchanges on any regularly priced, unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be posted and in transit back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Eligible returns may be exchanged for another item, issued as store credit, or refunded upon request. Unfortunately for custom and made to order pieces, we are unable to promise an exchange or refund but will always do our best to come to a solution you’re happy with. Please return swimwear in original condition with labels & hygiene seal fully intact. Clothing must also be in original condition with labels attached. All items noted as Final Sale in the item description and/or sales promotion are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.
